Return & Refund Policy

At HOVX Watches, our goal is to provide premium products and a reliable customer experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and straightforward 30-day return policy.
1. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in processing or transit and cannot be cancelled.
If cancelled within 24 hours, refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
2. 30-Day Return Window
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- All protective films, packaging and accessories are included
- The product has not been worn, scratched or damaged
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used or worn items
- Damaged items caused by wear, misuse or accidents
- Items returned without original packaging
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery:

Please include your name, order number and the reason for your request. Our team will reply with clear return instructions and the correct return address.
4. Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend tracked and insured shipping
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
HOVX Watches is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
5. Inspection & Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 5–7 business days.
Approved Returns:
- A refund will be issued within 7 business days after approval
- Refunds are issued in GBP (£)
Non-Approved Returns:
- If the item is used, damaged or missing components, the return may be declined
- The item will be shipped back to the customer
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request a simple photo to resolve the issue quickly (this is allowed by Google).
If confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you.
7. Product Safety & Usage
We encourage customers to follow all usage guidelines included with our products. Damage caused by misuse, impact, water exposure beyond rating, or improper handling is not eligible for a refund.
8. Shipping & Delivery Issues
While we work with trusted carriers, delivery delays can occur due to customs, weather, or carrier operations. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once handed to the courier.
